I started working young and covered a lot of ground early. Hospitality, retail, banking, call centres, startups, large corporates, not-for-profits, academia, government. Roles across operations, sales, management, and over time, trusted advisory in some of the most sensitive and high-stakes environments you'll find. Much of it across different countries and cultures.

The through-line in all of it was people. How they make decisions under pressure. What they say versus what they mean. What's actually in the way versus what they think is in the way. That curiosity has never left me.

My education spans commerce, communication, management, and behavioural science and management.

The breadth is what makes this work. It's what lets me sit across from a first-time CEO, a founder mid-pivot, or a senior executive ready for more, and bring something real to each conversation.
